Within our Eye Of Horus group, we use the Qabalah to effect a change of consciousness.  This is the ancient and true definition of the word, Magic.  Forget spooks and ghouls and rituals to gain power over others and all the nonsense that went with every horror B-movie of the last forty years. 

Magic is the use of a system of correspondences.  The greater Cosmos maps onto the lessor one - Us!  Because this is so, certain Harmonic actions we perform, when done in sacredness and truth, can connect us at a deeper level with the hidden channels of love, power and awareness that we do not normally sense with our waking, analytical minds. 

To do this requires both understanding and emotion, since it is only through the intelligent use of emotion that we can gain access to the powerhouse within us. The Qabalah, with its magical images, is an ancient link to this system of working, and has been used successfully to enhance, focus and strengthen lives throughout the history of Western civilisation.

Once example of how this is done is technique called Pathworking.  A Pathworking is an animated journey, taken as an guided mediation, in which the major symbols of that Path are invoked to the imagination.  With practice, these journeys come to life and form a living link with our own Unconscious levels of being.
